AGE RESTRICTION
You must be over 18 years of age to purchase any alcoholic products. By placing an order with us that includes alcohol, you are confirming that you understand these terms and that you are over the age of 18. It is an offence to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 in the UK. If you are buying alcohol for someone else the recipient also has to be 18 or older.
Deliveries must be accepted by a person aged 18 or older.
ORDERS
If we are unable to fulfil the whole of your order for any reason and have to replace some items - the items will be swapped and you will be notified via contact email address provided on your order about the unfulfilment. We will always offer to replace items of similar value/size/type.
PAYMENT
Payment can be made via Paypal, by Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and any other methods which may be clearly advertised on the website. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to Dog Falls Brewing Co we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If there is a problem with your order or items are faulty, you must inform Dog Falls Brewing Co within 30 days of receipt of the order to obtain a refund. To report a problem please contact us at [email protected] We are unfortunately unable to offer refunds after this time period has elapsed, but we will do everything in our power to try to work something out. If an attempted delivery is obviously damaged, you are within your rights to refuse the order, at which point it will be returned to us.
FAILED DELIVERIES
We cannot accept responsibility for delivery failure if you provide an incorrect address and postal code or incorrect contact telephone number. Please check this information when placing your order. This does not affect your statutory rights.

TAXES AND OTHER CHARGES

VAT is payable on all online shop orders.
